1- Special booking and cancellation conditions
RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS :
Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
Free file fees.
1 € deposit to pay.
Deduction of the amount of the stay 30 days before the date of arrival.
In case of closure of the residence for exceptional reasons, immediate refund of the paid amount.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS :
FREE CANCELLATION up to 30 days before arrival.
Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the net amount of the accommodation.
Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 75% of the net amount of the accommodation.
Between 7 and 0 days before arrival: 100% of the net amount for the accommodation.
COVID cancellation insurance :
4.5% of the total amount of your stay.
Contact us to benefit from an individual insurance covering the amount of your stay in case of incapacity related to the COVID-19.

ANNEXES SERVICES
The pool of the residence will be open except against regulatory indication. Its opening hours and conditions of access will be adapted to the sanitary standards in force...
Our masseuse will ensure its services by respecting the sanitary gestures..
The services Fitness, Sauna/Hammam and Presentation of the board games are not guaranteed at this time...If necessary their access will also be adapted to the regulatory health standards.
The health of our customers and employees is our priority. As such, we may modify the conditions of use at any time, limit access or cancel its services.

Within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, our establishment has put in place all the measures necessary to welcome you in the best sanitary conditions.
Cleaning and disinfection of all apartments after each departure.
Regular disinfection of common areas.
Wearing of the mask by our teams in contact with customers.
Plexiglas installation at the reception and respect of barrier gestures.
Regular ventilation of common spaces.
Raising awareness and informing staff and clients.
FOR WINTER SEASON : We remind you that the practice of wintersports is an outdoor activity, where the equipment (gloves, skis, poles...) favors the respect of barrier gestures.
