Maison de Ronville comptoir gastronomique : A new original concept

Thomas Hunter, a young chef with English and French parents from the North of France, trained in London’s luxury hotels (Flemings Mayfair, Hilton Park Lane 1 star in the Michelin Guide …) and has been

living for several years at Valmeinier and this year created a new venue inspired by the gastronomic counters of institutions in Northern France such as the Maison Deronville.

In a mountain chic deco-industrial atmosphere, an original concept with a butcher’s and caterer’s corner, and a wine and beer cellar corner.
The products come only from the Savoie region, all the cooking is homemade with products from short circuits. The whole is transformed on the spot. You can discover wines from Savoy or Burgundy and beers produced by “Craft Brewers”.

A new greedy place where it is possible to taste original, revisited and modern dishes inspired from
gastronomic cuisine.
