Valmeinier had the pleasure of welcoming the Tour de France 2019
On the 25 of July 2019, the residence and the team proudly welcomed 4 cycling teams of the Tour de France, journalists and various attendants!
For the 18th step of the Tour, which finished in Valloire, the station of Valmeinier was recognised as the best place to spend the night before the departure of the 19th step in Saint Jean de Maurienne the next day.
All efforts were made to ensure the smoothest and most pleasant of stays, also giving them acess to all ressources to prepare the departure of the 19th step of the Tour.
Les frangines were mobilised for the breakfasts !
We organized a little welcome cocktail at the residence for the teams and journalists.
